The Opportunity

We’re launching a dedicated Business to Business SMB Sales team in partnership with Amazon Ring, bringing Amazon Ring’s doorbell’s, camera’s and security solutions to your local small businesses. This position is for an existing vacancy within our sales team.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Drive Amazon Ring sales and market penetration growth within the SMB sales vertical.
  • Coach, mentor, and lead a team of 10-15 Field Sales Agents maximizing in-field time for development and support.
  • Develop and lead strategic plans to maximize sales funnel and achieve targets.
  • Manage team's weekly schedule, payroll, vacation requests, HR inquiries, and OSL-related questions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of all programs.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and insights.
  • Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met consistently.
  • Provide feedback on competitive activities, pricing strategies, and product acceptability.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Represent Amazon Ring customer's brand with optimism, empathy, and integrity.
  • Perform any other duties as required to support team success.

 

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in contact sales or field sales management
  • Proven ability to drive aggressive sales results and lead teams in penetrating SMB markets.
  • Passion for customer service-oriented teamwork and collaboration.
  • Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to anticipate and address challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory, with some overnight travel required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams at both divisional and corporate levels.
  • Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
