The Opportunity

We’re launching a dedicated Business to Business SMB Sales team in partnership with Amazon Ring, bringing Amazon Ring’s doorbell’s, camera’s and security solutions to your local small businesses. If you’re a motivated, goal-oriented professional who loves meeting people, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage businesses face-to-face through local canvassing and local events to promote Amazon Ring’s doorbell’s, camera’s and security solutions.
  • Installing products as per the business requirements
  • Leverage a territory lead list and your own prospecting to build a robust sales funnel.
  • Identify customer needs, tailor solutions, and close sales while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Visit prospects to process orders, ensure service activation, and follow up for referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records in Sales Rabbit and participate in weekly team huddles to share best practices and track goals.
  • Represent OSL and Amazon Ring with optimism, empathy, and integrity at every doorstep.

  • Strong time-management and organizational skills; comfortable working independently.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle.
  • Flexible full-time schedule that includes availability on evenings and select weekends.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and covering varied terrain.
  • Sales, customer-service, hospitality, or canvassing experience is an asset.

Physical & Technical Requirements

  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
  • Proficiency with mobile devices (iPad/iPhone) and CRM software
  • Experience with tools and savvy at technology installation

Compensation Structure

  • Base salary + uncapped commission paid per service unit activated.
  • Additional incentives, contests, and referral bonuses available.
